Shipping policy
All orders placed with a total order value of over R750 and under 2kg (volumetrically), to all major cities and towns countrywide, will be shipped free of charge.
Certain items, like our dog beds, attract the higher rate as couriers charge based on the volumetric weight of the package, not the actual physical weight, as the package is bulky, although not heavy.
Exceptions1. Outlying Areas
Some areas in the country are not well serviced by couriers who levy additional charges to service those areas through special deliveries. These "surcharges" unfortunately make it not economically feasible for us to offer free shipping to these locations.

If you live in one of these areas (or another where the courier indicates the surcharge is applicable after the fact), please note that we will be unable to provide free delivery to you and will request you to cover the surcharge applicable.
We may also not be able to indicate that the surcharge is applicable when you place your order. If you go ahead and place your order, we may advise you after the fact that the surcharge is applicable and give you the option of either cancelling your order for a full refund, or paying the surcharge applicable.
2. Items over 10kgOrders over 10kg will be shipped at our discretion.
This includes orders to any destination.
International ShippingArt Images is a South African website and we currently only ship within South Africa. If you see something on the website which you wish to purchase and which you cannot obtain in your country, please email us with your requirements and contact details and we will do our best to provide you with the desired products.
